Off to Australia

I thought I would only be heading to Costa Rica this summer, but when I found that my real estate transaction was going to take at least 60 days, I decided to travel some more. I'm heading to Australia, the land of koalas and outback, with my friend Kerry. It's going to be an interesting trip. I'm staying for a little over two weeks: returning to go to the Sox game on July 18th, then it's off to Costa Rica! I'm going to be consistently jetlagged for the next month! I can't wait! This is the reason to become a teacher!!!

Planning for next summer

Planning a big trip is so time consuming. I went out to lunch with Kerry, and we were talking about where to go next summer. We've narrowed it down to two continents: Africa or South America. Our next step is to choose a destination. I like Macchu Pichu or maybe take a safari in Africa. We don't want to go too far south past the equator because it will be winter there.
